Victorian Government - Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate

If you were not previously aware of this requirement, from 1 September 2024 all suppliers wishing to do business with the Victorian Government are required to hold a Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate prior to a tender submission.

Note this requirement is “prior to a tender submission” and cannot be applied for post submission while waiting the outcome of the tender process.

As a result, if you’re a supplier looking to respond to a Victorian Government RFT going forward and you don’t already have one, you will need to apply for a Fair Jobs Code pre-assessment certificate.
