AVAILABILITY

The Bid Wizard team are available to discuss your tender, proposal, request for quote or capability statement from 8:00am to 8:00pm daily.

For email enquires, use the contact form on this page or email admin@bidwizard.com.au. In order for our team to be best able to assist you, please email all relevant documents ahead of any meeting so as to ensure a constructive conversation.

FEES

Whenever possible, we charge fixed fee project rates.

From time-to-time, we are unable to determine. In those circumstances, with your pre-approval, we charge fixed fee daily and half daily rates.

What we don’t charge

• We don’t charge hourly rates.

• We don’t charge for ‘reading-in’ on RFT/RFP or RFQ document.

• We don’t charge for routine telephone calls

• We don’t charge for providing peace of mind!

Additional fees

We do charge extra for any additional Design (InDesign/Canva etc) support that might be needed.
